{Chrysler 300} Long Ram exhaust manifold question

Hi Folks

The F I just bought back after 20years has an exhaust leak coming from the drivers side manifold. I had it repaired when I owned it way back when and you can see the large weld in the pic. Unfortunately, the little “ear “ on the flange has now broken and I’m guessing the only way to repair is to have a bunch of successive beads of weld on the cast iron but that may be nuts on my part?

Any thoughts on a short (summer car show season) and long term fix would be most appreciated!

Thanks!

Keith
