The car needs absolutely everything. Likely needs metal work on floors, trunk, and possibly quarters. Is the engine locked up ?

 

Projects aren't selling these days. Most folks don't have the time, money or skills to restore this car. Restoration shops are outrageous, assuming they can fit you in sometime in the next year.

 

So I'm thinking 7500 - 8000 would be more reasonable. IMHO.

reasonable with his expectations. I think 12 grand buys it.

The car appears to be a really solid correct original car, however it is a likely color change.   It was born white.
