Not a direct match.
The contours are the same on the outside is about all.
4 dr's have shorter doors and the rocker ass'y reflects that with mount places for the jambs, front and rear, welded to indents on the top side of the part. 
It could be done but will involve a lot more work.
Look in the parts books for the exploded views of the floor pans in the body section and you will see what I mean.

I have a ’62 300 2-Door Sport Coupe.
It needs new rockers, as they are rotted badly.

I had a ’62 300 4-Door Sport Sedan.
It had good rockers, so I cut them off the parts car.

Can anyone confirm that the rockers are a match?
As long as I trim the rockers to match the section of mine that are rotted, they will weld in & match; yea?
