Ryan, to be blunt....I believe you were adequately warned of this a few weeks ago. Just so you are clear, based on the initial pictures you sent us, it was beyond saving before....now it remains beyond saving but your pocketbook is lighter for your efforts. 

Who did you send it to and did they believe the repair was a success before they shipped it back to you? I know it seems like a needle in haystack scenario but your time and money would be better spent looking for a good replacement.

Well after a bit of a runaround with shipping, my exhaust manifold finally showed up this morning. Unfortunately to my horror it was in far worse shape than when I shipped it out. The entire manifold is now completely broken in half and there are a few little pieces of it as well that came from the middle of the break. I'm absolutely devastated as I now worry that it may be beyond saving.
