Re: {Chrysler 300} 63 300 another wheel question

I've handled a lot of the slotted 15x7 police wheels over the years when I worked at a mopar wrecking yard. I can't say I've ever seen a different backspacing.

There were some 15x8 versions used on the Plymouth Volare Street Kit Car, but they used the same backspacing. The extra width required wider fender flares on the car. These wheels also don't have the nubs for the dog dish caps, like the Magnum GT wheels I have on my wagon.

I understand that.

Our K is currently at 300 club Member Dominick Rinaldi’s getting its new engine installed so I don’t have access to measure it for that dimension. What I can tell you is that these wheels are the type that were used on 1982-1989 Dodge Diplomat and Plymouth Gran Fury police cars.

Maybe some one else can weigh in?
