RE: {Chrysler 300} Battery Switch and Mystery Switch

Zach –

On mid-50s Chrysler products, the Jiffy Jet is foot-activated by a small pedal to the left of the brake pedal.

John,

Could the mystery switch have anything to do with the window washer. I’m not sure if mine is functional but I haven’t found anything that would activate it.

Thanks

Zach,

It sounds like the one toggle switch is for your power antenna and the second one has been added for something else.  Possibly and electric fuel pump.  Regarding a battery master cut off switch I use a unit offered by Wurth.  Here is a link for that:  Battery Disconnect Top Post Knife Blade Master Switch for Car RV Truck Vehicle | eBay

Hello,

Does anyone know of a good battery switch. I would like to stop taking off the terminals when the car is in the garage. I found a few but I am unsure if they are any good.

Also I have a 300B and there are two switches in the dash that I am not 100% sure what they do. They are located to the left of the knob used to reset the trip odometer. The one I am pretty sure one is for the antenna(currently it’s not working so I can’t check) but the one further away only toggles left and back to center. Any insight as to what it does.

Thanks
