{Chrysler 300} 300F fuel block

Hello all,

Does anyone know a good source for the brass fuel block that attaches to the passenger side carb for the fuel inlet from the pump and the outlet for the driver's side carb? I've been doing some googling and didn't see it shown in the clubs tech pages either. I searched through the 60 parts manual and haven't been able to locate it to track down a part number. 

I've included a couple pictures of mine which while not pretty, does currently work however I would like to find a more suitable replacement.
