There is considerable discussion about the "A311" project in the book "We Were The Ramchargers" by the Ramcharger "Dirty" Dave Rockwell. It talks about early hemi performance development, the attempt at Indy and the Firestone test car, as well as early ram tuning research at Chrysler. A great read with great pics. Now out of print, I found my copy on e-bay. Hope this helps. JN
