{Chrysler 300} Fun with spark plugs

Looking through my old stash of stuff, I found two interesting complete sets of plugs:

An original unopened box of 8 Mopar Spark Plugs "Chrysler Corporation Original Equipment"
The marking on the box is slightly blurred, but looks like 3438334 and P-35PR on the front cover.  On the edge flap, it is stamped Replaces Champion RJ13Y ;  AC R44S.  Is this an eBay automobilia or garage shelf 'art' item, or could it actually be used?  The box is red, white, and blue, has a pentastar emblem, and a date of 1979 printed on it.  What is the shelf life of a spark plug?
The other box is a Shell Tune Up kit in a blue and white box with yellow and red Shell logo on it.  The box contains a single point set, condenser, and hold down, and 8 Spark Plugs labeled Shell S4 52 on the white body of the plugs.  The end flaps of the box are labeled K-78.  No date anywhere on the box.  It says 'marketed by Shell Oil Company  Houston, TX 77001.  I guess the question would be, "who made these for Shell?"  as I doubt they made them.  I had a few of these kits as they were from a swap meet for around $2 a box back in the day.  I think I used to use them on my 361 Commando equipped 63 Plymouth Fury and 383 equipped 62 non-letter 300.  I can't find anything on the internet about this kit number.
