{Chrysler 300} Plenum door

Hello, everyone:

I am pre-fitting parts before paint and can't figure out how the door in the plenum goes in. The pegs that slide into the sides of the door can only go so far due to stops molded into the groves. The pegs cannot be installed from the inside as there is insufficient room.  

(And, I can't remember how I removed the door as it was a while back.)

Any suggestions?
