One thing I do when replacing wheel cylinders is inspect all the rubber hoses for cracks and wear if they look questionable, I replace them. The system is open and a good time to replace. Leak is usually due to rust pits in the bottom of the wheel cylinder , does not just “ happen” Hygroscopic brake fluid not changed for years gets saturated with water carries water to wheel cylinder causes a rust divot at bottom . ( It precipitates out) one day seal slides over divot as shoes wear . fluid flys out under seal no brakes . If in one wheel , its probably in all of them imho Do it right , all 4 . Id go silicone no water transport why military uses it . Can do glycol new , but why? have to drain and fill every few years , and you don't know if divot no thanks, been there j
