I didn't know Greg personally and only talked to him on the phone a few times. When I got my 300F in 2016, I knew I had wiring issues due the car being in a barn with rodents. I was trying to buy everything I could for the car even though I wasn't immediately going to need things. Mostly because I knew that a lot of people in the business were getting older and stuff wasn't always going to be available. Anyway, I contacted Greg to get some harnesses and he was already on the way out from doing them. He required that I send him my old harness so he could harvest parts from it. When I explained that I was still driving the car and that the harness would be a future project, he agreed to go ahead and make it for me and what connectors he didn't have, I would have to add myself later. The harnesses are still in the box waiting for the day when I can pull the dash and interior out. When I heard that he was trying to give away his layout boards, I sure wished I could have helped him and saved them. But the distance was just too great.

I am sorry to say Greg passed away last Friday.

A long time member of the club, Greg had expertise

not only in Letter Cars but also the 1957 era Dodge.

He also manufactured wiring harnesses for our cars.

He was the kind of person you could spend

hours talking and laughing with, and many of us did.

I am glad to have known him.
