Yes. What Rick said. In addition, check your spark plugs. If they are black and sooty, then you’re probably burning too rich. Set the fuel/air mixture screws correctly.

Most likely water condensation carbon some raw fuel. Check heat riser, make sure it's not stuck closed. Rick

I have a question that is probably basic for most, but I have black liquid spraying out of my drivers side tail pipe at start up or if I rev the motor. I’m assuming that it’s raw fuel? If so, is there a remedy for this. I literally just had both carbs professionally rebuilt.
