{Chrysler 300} 1964 NY Worlds Fair License plate yellow?

Hi Folks

I’m wondering if anyone has restored an early 60’s NY license plate, particularly the 1964 Worlds Fair plate and has identified a good match for the “deep yellow” that was the color used for the alpha numerics and accent border against what I think was a semi gloss black background?
