A few thoughts on the 57-9 hardtop lenses.

These are called roof rail lenses. The dome lenses are for the single light in the center of the headliner. Sedans only. 

The repro lenses, in addition to the tab being too short to be functional, are also the wrong color. The original factory lens was a manila off-white color. I have several still in the factory wrappers. I think someone with access to a high end, professional 3D printer could produce these from a SolidWorks file scan.
