Another note, Clatsop County Speedway on the Oregon coast was closed because 
a bunch of yuppies moved in the area and didn't like the noise.  They knew 
there was a speedway there, but I guess the buck rules.  I used to live about 20 
miles from E town.  Nothing but farms and woods there.  As the urban sprawl 
continues, the property becomes worth more by the acre.  Same deal with drive in 
movies.   Joe
