I went to Discount Tire today and they can order the Torque Thrust II's
with the correct backspacing. These are what I wanted originally on the
Coronet. So I'll double check to see if the center hole/size needs to
be hub centric, or any other clearance problems. The down side is that
the Mouse-tang GT wheels are $139 from Summit. The American Racing
Torque Thrust II's are $305 for 8x15 and $320 for 8x9.5 in the back.
I'd still have to use a spacer unless I changed the backspacing. And so
far 17" tires aren't inexpensive. I'm going to have to keep an eye on
this car when it's parked... More research to follow. I may just order
one of the TT II's to see the fit over the caliper.
