Restoring taillights on a '64 Fury/Sport Fury

Has anyone in the club had these taillights restored?

The "inner" chrome trim (with 3 openings) on my lights is peeling/buckling.  
Can they be restored or should I start looking for replacements?

I'm assuming the large outer metal bezel is pot metal (mine has peppering) 
-- who can you recommend to rechrome these?
