Fender Tag Decode

In the upper right hand corner of my fender tag in line w/ my top row of 
codes, I have what looks like a faint crooked "3" then "24  142" stamped 
w/ no reference letters over top of them. Anyone have an idea what these 
numbers mean? I have everything else figured out.
