Never Mind - Re: Horn Ring Removal - Help

Figured it out.  This is the full circle horn rim and Dave Casey is 
correct, only twist the center cap on those.

The 1/2 ring takes a little pull at an angle then a twist.  There's a 
tab on the horn ring that catches the fastener ring attached to the 
steering column.
