Good pics. That '64 Sport Fury is real sweet. Thought the chrome
grill/headlight treatment on the '65 looked good too. Didn't care for the 18
inch wheels on it though.
Lot of interesting cars, like the '64 300.

It was pretty rough weather this year. With 150 cars pre-registered, turn
out was right at that. Weather Friday night was real rainy and windy.
Saturday wind was at least 25-30 all day, with rain starting about noon.
Thanks to Mark Dodge, the big tent was welcomed by all. I was rather
surprised at award time by the number of people that stayed.
A bit slack on our cars but a few. An interesting 65 Bel I. This is the
first time I have actually seen the grill and headlight bezels chromed. I
was not the least bit impressed, think the polished aluminum is better.
Stick with Maas polish and make the aluminum look good..
We finished in the top 40 ...and a sponsor award too. I think the best B
body should have went to the 64 Ply Sport Fury, but Doug White with his 70
Super Bird won that and best of show. (They didn't ask me....lol)
Enjoy, Ollie
