Thanks Steve for the information provided about changing push button shift
to console shift. I gave the information to the tranny shop and they
actually had the correct valve body in the old tranny pile. They were able
to get the 727 shifting right and for the first time in years (it goes into
park etc). (bought it from someone who never got the shifting problem
resolved). Thank you again for your information and help.
