Fender tag decoding

Hey Guys,
I have a question about the fender tag on my 1964 Fury. I was told it 
was a 361 car, but now I'm not so sure. I have the Govier report, but he 
has some things on there that were not on the car. On the IBM card there 
is no code in the Engines and Power Packages column. If you can open the 
link and take a look I would appreciate it.
