Hi,
I gave a really good look at drivers side mount. And it seems that I have relocated engine mount on K-member about two inches back. And welded it there when installing 318 engine about 20 years ago. So I am good without bosses. And yes 318 poly would be correct engine 318 LA came 67. So 383 I have will be a "drop in" replacement.

I can't tell by the photos. But in a B body Mopar you can look at the firewall where the transmission meets the engine and see the clearance is short. Sometimes you'll see after effects of a big hammer used to push the firewall back there. The big Mopars may have more space to play with in that area.
I guess you can measure from the back of the valve cover to the firewall to find what you have. Then find an original to compare. But a 318 Poly would be the original, not the LA if I recall correctly. So more arithmetic would be needed.
If you do not care if the engine is set back 1 5/8" is there a reason why it matters that what you have there is a 1965 or 1966 K member?
Thanks,
