My 63 Factory Parts Manual shows: 

 Housing, Evaporator Coil, w/ Linkage, Front Unit, Rear, TA3 - p/n 2097 376

And

 Housing, Evaporator Coil, w/ Linkage, Front Unit, Center - p/n 2097 259

If I'm looking at the right thing it seems like the p/n's are the same as for the '64.
