I have the core support that will go in when I get a chance to work on the car again.  The following is the only source I found for frame parts but no frame rails.

I don't remember a vendor selling repro front subframe frame rails for a 1962 B. Look at Auto Metal Direct maybe?
Contact Joe Suchy as he may know if some are made or even rep them.

https://www.classicindustries.com/ used to sell the repair kits that were from Auto Rust Technicians (Safe-T-Cap).
There was some online discussion about the viability of caps vs replacing the rails.
