fine lines makes a swap over kit. use a 67(or later) dual master cylinder. 
fine lines makes the lines from the master cylinder to the splitter. they 
provide all the hardware. i put a set on my 65 coronet and it works great. btw, 
these brake systems don't have proportioning valves.
