There a *lots* of scams like this, including some imitating Topica.
Never reply to these mails.
You can forward the original scam mail to that company's specific abuse
department. Include all the original e-mail's headers in the forwarded
message.
Topica's e-mail address to send scam reports like this is:
abuse@xxxxxxxxxx
and ebay's scam report address is:
spoof@xxxxxxxx

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address.
