Hi Dave,
What is the best way to keep the button in place when I replace the
center section?  Just hold them in with grease?

You don't need the pin. Mine is working fine without it. It just holds
the
buttons in. The only what I know of to get one is with the buttons and
its
probably NS-1 by now.
