Thanks!  Worked great except that I had to reuse my old springs.  The
ones that go between the shoes and the steering shaft.  The new spring
had a bump in the middle that wouldn't fit inside the cup.

This was on my '65 Dart.  I don't know if the cup on a B-body is
ahaped differently.
