I just put a rear end  in (the whole thing from brake drum to brake
drum)and the self adjusters are different than what is in there.
Instead of the type that has a lever that moves down to turn the
star-wheel this one has a lever that is pulled up to turn the lever.
The little cable that moves the lever has a little spring on it instead
of the older style that just has a hook on the end.  I think I could
make either type work, is one type better than the other?  What is the
advantage, if any, of the newer style?
