Neal,
If you know anyone in the Heating and Air Conditioning business, they will
also have these. The straightening tool at Harbor Freight should work fine,
but be careful that the other combs don't hit the radiator as you
straighten. Also, pull very carefully and slowly, these fins are thin and
will pull apart. If they are smashed flush, use a small screwdriver to pry
fins up, so the tool can straighten without tearing. Too many years in the
HVAC business straightening air conditioner fins for homes teach you the
hard way. One other thing, if the paint comes off the radiator after you
pull, just lightly re-paint.

Here ya go. Best $2.50 you can spend for this type of job. I service
indutrial equipment in the field and one never knows when a piece of
lumber or some other debris will get in between the fan and radiator.
This little tool can save alot of time.
