Hey guys.

So if I take the fenders, doors, hood, etc to the lower-48 with us in a
trailer, once we get there, how do I ship 'em to someone who buys 'em?

Ironically, we are leaving a very remote part of Alaska, and we'll be
transferring to a somewhat remote part of Michigan. I would imagine
the closest Mopar swap-meet is about 700-1000 miles away from where
we'll be, and for probably the first year I won't be able to take time
off from my new job to travel anywhere.

Yup, we are still trying to decide if we are bringing everything with
us or not. Now the concern is that if we bring it, we have to find a
spot to store it, and then may be unable to sell it in the near future.
We don't wanna get stuck with a buncha "junk", if you will, and with
me moving ever 2-4 years, I don't wanna haul around car parts
everywhere we go!

Still open to suggestions and comments. Thanks everyone for all your
help in this matter.
Andy
Andy,
If I were your father, I'd say, "Son, you've done a great job in gathering
counsel from wise sources. Now it's time for YOU to decide what you're going to
do. It sounds to me like you maybe already know what that is.
Bottom line is it's a free country, even in Alaska. The car is yours and you
can do with it as suits you best. Likely, no one will die as a result of any
decision you make.
So if your Catholic, .......I absolve you...................I absolve
you.....................I absolve you.
And if your not, .....do what you need to do.
End of sermon.
Now, if you only knew how disorganized my car situation is, you'ld tell me,
"Physician, heal thyself." And you'ld be right.
Maybe I just talk when I should just shut up and listen.
I hope things go well for you.
Paul
