sometimes hugh's newer "fast rate" and comp. cams "extreme energy  high lift" 
push the envelope too far for production cylinder block lifter bore  angle. 
if you follow the moparts stuff carefully you will also notice an issue  with 
machining quality on hydraulic tappets.
