I sold my all original 64 sport fury 383 4bbl. 4spd. hdt. this fall for what
I thought was a very good price 25k . I was in a low 1 condition and needed
very little. the guy picked it up and saw my 64 426 street wedge 4bbl 4spd.
vert and offered me way more than I thought it is worth. I just completed a
full resto on it and have , this fall, just started to enjoy it and drive it
around. we're moving to fl this time next year to live and plan to take the
vert and make good use of it in the fl sun. did not have room to take the
383 so that is why I sold it. but I really have to think hard about the very
high offer for the vert. I'm not going to sell it. but the higher the value
goes the more I'm afraid to drive it. Dave O

Thats just stupid, why would anybody pay 65 thousand dollars for a
clone car, all this stuff just mnakes me so sick.
two years ago I thought I wanted to be a disciple of Galen Govier,
but this money crap just makes me sick.
When i open a magazine and see a 1968 roadrunner, factory hemi car i
think ya thats nice, but I am sure i will never have one, I would
rather look at something within my grasp, say a 318 eqipped 69
fastback barracuda(which is my next target i might add) . Its just
so not of this world for most people so why torture yourself.
And then the whole 1 of 237 crap, I am so sick of all that.
I am almost starting to appreciaTE this whole rat rod thing going
on, yeah build the car like I would have done it in highschool in
the late 70s , before my mind was polluted by Pro Street , galen
     Govier and chip foose.
Sorry ,but i could go on all nite.
