"I have a 65 300 base 383/4bbl/ auto 63K on the clock. There is just a spot rust at the inner fenders between the door and fender otherwise zero rust anywhere else on the body. Within hours of buying it the fitting for the return line on the power steering pump came lose. A pump off a 1959 Imperial with the 361 fit but it was also the most I ever spent for a PS pump $225. The next day the transmission started slipping when going into 3rd. I called the previous owner and he said it has happened before and the local trany shop adjusted the cable and it ran fine for him.....So i am here seeking knowledge on this 1 years shifting cable 727 and anything else that can be of use and.or interest."
