About 7 years ago was the last contact I had with a fellow who was putting together a best-guess decode listing for 1965 
Dodge vehicles. You can look at his draft data and see how it matches up to your Dart's fender tag.

Back in 1965 you as a buyer could generally check off the options at the dealer and custom order what you wanted.
But there was a "GT" option that got a optional heavy-duty suspension. I don't know if the info here is correct:
"The optional heavy-duty suspension, available on Dart GTs (and on Barracuda Formula S models, for that matter), 
upgraded the front torsion bars to 0.87-inch (up from 0.85), and an anti-roll bar (unavailable elsewhere) is added in 
front. Arrears, the leaf count in the springs goes from four and a half to six, raising wheel rates from 105 pounds per 
inch to 135 pounds per inch. Additionally, shock rebound is reduced from 5.7 to 5.1 inches, and jounce is increased from 
3.8 to 4.2 inches."
