Will this Work on my 64 Fury?

I have been trying to find a cowl repair (Drivers side) piece for my 64 Fury convertible without success.  The rust is where almost 60 years of rain trickled through and ate the wiper cowl bracket clean through.  Now, the wiper just flops around and I cannot find anyone who carries the correct 64 repair bracket (I had one ordered through Kramer and then through Summit Racing, and both gave up getting the stamping from Taiwan), so I am getting somewhat desperate for something that will adapt...

That is why I am looking at similar stampings of other B-Body Mopars, or other ideas...
