RE: 440 block going for?

In my experience the market has come down.  This would probably fetch $500 5+ years ago but personally I wouldn't give more than $200 for it these days.

Just my 2 cents.

Looking for opinions about what 440 blocks in unknown condition are going for in your area. 
Like this one (1966 block).

FYI: the liquid there is oil and the cylinders do have some surface rust, on at least one of the cylinders.
