727 Loadflite questions

Just added another 62-65 mopar to my stable. I found a screaming deal on a  very solid/straight 1965 Dodge a100 sportsman 12 window van. The guy basically  lost interest in his project and just about gave it away.
It comes with a rebuilt 318 and 727 loadflite, but he hadnt got around to getting a torque converter yet , so I need to find one. Is the tranny in these ,  what is  called a 727 Loadflite, basically the same as a 727 torqueflite. I know they look different.
Also would  the  torque converter from a 1965 318poly 727 work. I have one of those laying around.

Please address private email -- email of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. That is, email your parts/car transactions and negotiations, as well as other personal messages, only to the intended recipient. Do not just press "reply" and send your email to everyone using the general '62-'65 Clubhouse public email address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine-tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
