Well, this one is working very well for me, I was just curious as to what it was. I don't have any over heating problems or anything. Got a 3 core radiator and it works great!

might be a run of the mill aftermarket replacement pump. personally am not   
the least impressed with edelbrocks aluminum pump. (understated). when i built   
this motor i ordered a housing and summit sent me a pump so i kept it and  
used  it. it is now junk. i remember holding it and a standard cast iron one  
thinking  it was at least as heavy, and the spinning wheel with fins design i  
consider  quite inferior to the usual steel blades.
