Neil - Once owned a 71 Charger with the trusty slant 6. Once it got going, it was fine. It seemed like it took forever to get going thought. Wife nickbaned it "The Beast".

Theres a  six cylinder 65 coronet 2 dr. on ebay right now, but it now
3000 dollars, its right up the road 90 miles  too,and it looks pretty
nice.
   I just landed a huge contract, maybe I need a reward.Hee Hee
  Anybody ever owned a 6 cylinder  B-body? I really want a   six banger
  for a parts runner, I imagine the power to weight ratio isnt too
  exciting.
