Kim,
I cannot believe they are not considering your car a "survivor" based on
the general criteria. Everyone knows that 4 door, lower model Darts like
yours are pretty rare, and on that basis alone should be considered
survivors! 
Just so everyone on the group knows, Kim has been incredibly helpful to me
as I've been restoring my Dart.  In fact, she is the ONLY person I know
(and saw at the shows here in LA) who has a 4 door Dart just like mine! 
Last Fall Fling, she even let me photograph and take measurements of her
seats and door panels, since the only reference I had was my own memory.
I hope I can park right next to her "little black Dart" and tell everyone
how I could not have done my interior restoration without her "survivor"!
I don't think mine qualifies as a survivor either, Kim, since I've rebulit
everything and totally repainted and redone it to take it back to it's
original condition.  But it is absolutely a survivor, no matter what anyone
thinks or says!
