I did the performer package from summit, performer intake, 650 edelbrock,
lunati cam, stock pistons with 30 over rings, new eagle rods, rockers,
lifters and rods, and just cut the heads (516) for 906 sized valves, slight
porting, slight honing and some polishing and had everything balanced (10
over on the crank).  I did use a nice melling pump, valley pan, crank
scraper and mopar electronic ignition.  It dyno'd at 345 HP and idles very
smooth.  I went from 245 stock hp to 345 with about 1400 in parts and 3500
in machine work, the break-in dyno cost me about 600.  It's sitting on an
engine stand right now waiting to replace the 273 in my 65 convertible.

That's all it has, the Edelbrock manifold with carb
and a set of dual exhaust. I'm still using the stock
manifolds and running points ( no electronic
ignition).
