Hi Kevin   1st question are you using a gauge and if so how close is it. The other thing could be air trapped in gauge line giving false reading .Bleed off a little at the gauge carefully and see if the reading is same . Or you could try a different gauge just to verify readings are as stated. Double check these first then if still bad it may be time to dig into the motor. Doug B.
