Yes - they are repoped.  I'm sure the one I have I got at Carlisle.  If 
you need one now, I'll sell you the one I've got and replace it this 
summer. I think Atlas out in CA self this stuff , too.  As well as 
Fellwocks and maybe Hardins.  They the latter two's websites.
