My brother brought me my 426 Decals from his last Carlisle. trip I am hoping to go this year as it has been quite awhile for me since I have been there. (too long)
Corvaiers Ah I remember them. I was an apprentice inthose days and also did a lot of the engine stuff . The journeyman hated working on corvairs so i got all the engine jobs on them. In truth while it will never break my heart they did get a undeserved bad rap. In truth they were a very good car. Ralph Nader was a donkeys rear end i think and i have since found out at the time he launched that campaign he did not even drive or have a license. Next in line to the throne for this honour would be the current guru Phil Silverstein. (Lemonade) if it aint toyota it gets a bad rap regardless. Proof again that the media is too powerful
I am halfway throuh my 8th tank of gas on the 63 this spring. Still as much fun as ever
