There's a vendor listed on the '62 to '65 vendor's page who claims to 
rebuild vacuum switches to better than new. The Web links he used are 
not working right now though. I sent him an email for an update. 

Meanwhile, check the tips about vacuum - heater control switches listed 
on the http://www.1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/techstuff.html page. You 
probably can rebuild yours or modify one that NAPA still sells.
