Tis a piece of cake. Using a tach  adjust each one for best , highest idle speed will get you so close it will scare you. There are a couple of little trcks after that but they are insignificant for now. 
Forget how many turns. This is the biggest problem with people learning to adjust carbs. it doesnt matter at all. what matters is that the adjustment is right. 
traditionally I set all carbs we overhaul at 2  1/2 turns (count 5 half turns out) but that is just a place to start and is not important. 
With the engine fully warmed up (very important) sturn each screw in bit by bit till you see a drop in rpm then back out till it comes back. use little adjustments and wait a few seconds for the circuit to stabalize
