Hi,

If the brakes are not self adjusting (and even if they are) you should 
adjust them.  IT is likely that through vibration the adjusters have 
backed themselves off.  That will cause the pedal to go a long way down.

Check for lining thickness of the shoes and adjust them to spec.  Try 
that before changing much else.  It appears that yo have done a great 
deal to the brake system but you dod not mention adjusting them.  

Check the adjustment on all four wheels.
